In October of 2013 I traveled to Kenya for my first ever mission trip with SERV International. I’m headed back again this year in September and am working to raise $4,000. Please support my journey and travel with me (in spirit) by making a donation* HERE. My goal of $4,000 can be reached thanks to you! *100% tax deductible. #Grateful.
Here are images from my first mission trip to Kenya. Thanks to you we were able to provide food, water, shelter and provide life to so many women, children and men who have nothing.
Thank You for helping me raise the money needed to travel to Africa with SERV International providing Food Water Shelter and Life. SERV feeds starving people all around the world for just a nickel a meal. Unbelievable isn’t it. Just one shiny nickel can give a life saving meal to someone who has nothing…is starving and can live another day thanks to your shiny nickel! Donate a nickel or 100 of them and please help support my journey back HERE.
This year our team will be traveling to a village where women walk 10 miles one way to find water and carry it back to their village. Women make this trip daily. Our SERV well campaign raised the money to drill a well for fresh drinking water right in their village so many lives can be save!!.
My first Africa journey was filled with joy, healing, laughter, love and spiritual growth. God revealed himself in ways I never imagined and I grew to be a better person because of it. Eleven of us made the trek across the world and am truly grateful for each of them. Steve, Jim, Dave, Kathleen, Donnah, Kelly, Dan, Jamey, Brady and Bryan, thank you for helping create memories that will last forever. Enjoy some of my favorite moments:
